What counts as a "Studio generation"?
One LLM completion call OR one image generation. A single launch
campaign for one product typically uses 2–4 generations (one
text, one or two images). Bulk re-score does NOT count against
the limit; it uses the local agent-readiness scorer, which has
no external model spend.
What's the difference between Connect and Augment?
Connect is the "publishing" tier — you connect channels, generate
content, publish it, recover carts. Augment adds the operator
marketplace: humans review restricted-category content before
publish, assist with draft orders for high-touch reorders, and
remediate low-readiness offers. Augment also unlocks unlimited
channels (Connect caps at three).
What does "Migrate" mean?
Migrate is for merchants moving from a custom in-house stack to
Hygoshop. It includes dedicated infrastructure (your own Postgres
schema or database, your own R2 bucket), custom integration work
for your existing systems, and named-operator support. Pricing is
custom because the integration scope varies — small custom-ERP
integrations come in around $1,500/mo; large multi-region
deployments scale up from there.
Do you charge for the AI model usage?
We pass through your model spend at cost. Studio's
cost-attribution shows you exactly what each generation cost.
We do NOT add a markup on inference. Some routing decisions
(which model to call for a given task) are bundled into our
platform fee.
How does annual billing work?
Annual prepay gets you 2 months free (Connect $390/year,
Augment $1,490/year). Migrate annual contracts come with custom
terms — typically 10–15% off month-to-month equivalents.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel any time, no questions asked. Your data export is free —
we ship a complete dump of your canonical catalog, generated
content, and order history within 7 days of cancellation.
